This document is the Directors and Associated Entities bylaw. It contains rules and regulations pertaining to all Society directorships as well as Associated Entities (Clubs, Teams, Student Organizations etc.)

STANDING COMMITTEES OF THE BOARD
This document is the Standing Committees of the Board bylaw. It contains the composition, rules and regulations on all standing committees that advise the Board of Directors.
BYLAW 5
ELECTIONS
This document is the Elections bylaw. It contains all rules, regulations and conventions of our election process. It is reviewed annually by the Policy and Rules Committee to continually ensure free and fair elections.

This document is the Motion Template Guideline of the Lassonde Engineering Society. It contains information what a motion is, the reasons to fill out, and how to write one, along with a sample motion.
